1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
4 eggs beaten
1/2 cup Bisquick
1tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º.
Cream butter and sugar together, add the eggs that were beaten ahead of time.
Add the milk and Bisquick. Mix, add the vanilla.
Pour into a pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam. I use a deep pie plate. Sprinkle top with 3 hands full of coconut.
Bake for 45 minutes.
The pie will make its own crust.
