3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
22 Ritz crackers
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Crush the Ritz crackers. Sit aside.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the sugar to the egg whites.
Then add the vanilla.
Fold the Ritz cracker and pecans into the egg white mixture.
Pour into a 9" pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool and top with cool whip when you serve it
