1 package of Italian sausage (shredded or link)
1 box of tri-color rotini pasta (16ozs)
1/3 cup of House Italian Dressing
1 red bell pepper - cut into strips (optional)
1 green bell pepper - cut into strips (optional)
20 grape tomatoes - cut in half (optional)
1 can of medium black olives (optional)

Directions:
Make mini meatballs out of the Italian sausage (if in link form, remove from casing and roll). Add to skillet, stir and brown, cooking completely. Boil pasta until al dente, drain. Add pasta to drained sausage, stovetop should be on medium/low. Add bell peppers, tomatoes, and black olives, let simmer 3-5 minutes. Finally, stir everything together and add dressing. Serve.

The kids love to help make the meatballs and stir in all the ingredients, I usually make it with a second pack of sausage, because they love the meatballs. We serve it with crusty bread, steamed veggies and salad.
