4 c. chopped green cabbage
1 c. sliced carrots
4 T. butter
3 T. flour
2 c.milk
1 1/4 c. grated Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
1 t. celery seed
1 t. salt
1 t. prepared mustard
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly steam the cabbage and carrots and set aside in a large bowl.
Mix together all remaining ingredients, withholding 1/2 c. of the cheese. Combine the milk mixture with the cabbage and carrots, stirring well.
Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray, pour cabbage mixture in, top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese, and bake in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
