1 lb. chopped yellow squash
1 lg chopped sweet onion
10 saltine crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs separated
1/2 c. sweet milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion until onion is tender. (Boil and then simmer in a pan with enough water to cover).

Drain; add crackers, egg yolks, butter, cheese, milk, salt & pepper.

Beat egg whites until stuff and fold into mixture.

Put into greased casserole for 30-35 minutes @ 350º

Serve hot.
