1 pound tilapia (or any white fish)
1/2 white onion, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons orange juice
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup mayo
2 tablespoons lime juice
dash hot sauce
6 in corn tortillas
2 avocados
shredded cabbage
lime

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine onion, cilantro, olive oil, orange juice garlic, oregano. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Spread half of onion mix over bottom of glass dish. Arrange fish on top of mix, spoon remaining onion mix over fish.
2. Cover and chill 30 minutes, turn fish chill 30 minutes longer.
3. Whisk mayo, lime juice, and hot sauce in small bowl, set aside.
4. Heat grill to med high
5. Grill fish with some marinade still clinging to it until opaque in center, 3-5 minutes per side. Grill tortillas until slightly charred. Coarsely chop fish platter.
6. Serve with lime mayo, tortillas, avocados, cabbage. Sprinkle with extra cilantro, garnish with lime.
