1 can of chick peas
cayenne pepper
salt
pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse 1 can of chick peas and drain. Drizzle with olive oil sprinkle with cayanne pepper, salt & pepper to taste. Bake at 350º until crunchy about 45 to 1 hour. Turn as needed.

These are better for you than peanuts.
I bake these in the convection oven.
Just keep an eye on them so they do not burn.
