Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. multi color spiral pasta (macaroni)
1 onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
3 or 4 ribs of chopped celery
½ cup sliced black olives
½ cup chopped salad olives with pimentos
Small bottle of Zesty Italian dressing
Cajun seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in a large pot until tender. (Gene’s Secret No One Knows: Sprinkle a little Cajun seasoning in water while cooking.)
Drain and let cool in large bowl
Add chopped onion, bell pepper, olives and celery.
Add Zesty Italian dressing and stir all together. (Gene’s secret no one knows: sprinkle a little more Cajun seasoning into mixture.)

The Cajun seasoning adds a little mysterious taste to the salad no one can tell what it is. Otherwise, the salad tastes a little flat.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This can be made at least two days in advance. It should be made at least 24 hours in advance so the flavor can set. It is not the same if eaten on the same day it is made. It stays for at least a week and
always tastes great. Cut recipe in half when fixing for family.)
