12-1/2oz.) Hershey bars plain milk chocolate
6 oz. chocolate chips morsels
1-7oz.jar of Marshmallow Cream
1-12oz. Carnation Milk (use only Carnation)
1 stick Butter (margarine can be used but not one with high water content)
4 cups pecans (one pound)

In a large microwave bowl put the Hershey bars broken into pieces and the chocolate chips. Place in microwave and melt for about 3.
Watch closely it can burn.
Remove from microwave and immediately spoon marshmallow cream on top of melted chocolates.(do not blend marshmallow cream into the chocolate mixture at this time) and mircowave for 20 seconds Set aside.
In a large pan slowly melt butter,and then add Carnation milk stirring slowly until hot but not boiling. Next, add the 4 cups of sugar and continue to stir slowly, until the mixture begins to boil. Once boiling begins, continue to boiling on low to medium heat for 7 minutes stir constantly.
Next, pour the cooked mixture of milk, sugar and butter over the melted chocolate and marshmallow cream and stir until ingredients are well blended then stir in pecans.
Pour into pan approximately 9 x 13 that has been sprayed with Pam and let cool.
