4-5 cans of assorted fruit such as peaches, pears, apricots, white grapes, fruit cocktail, etc.
1 can pie filling (I use cherry for Christmas and blueberry for Easter).
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 cups whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
The day before drain fruit, cut into bite sized pieces and combine with pie filling. Just before serving fold in marshmallows and whipped cream.

My mother (Pearl) got this recipe in the 1960s from our preacher's wife in Miami (Irene). It became a family holiday favorite.
