Ingredients:  
2 pounds sausage (Italian or Regular)
Frozen Hashbrowns
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushrooms soup (can use chicken or celery)
1 French onion chip dip 7.5 ounce
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, mix together hashbrowns, , peppers and onions. In a smaller bowl mix soup, dip mix and sour cream, then add to hashbrown mixture.

Place 1/2 of mixture in a 9x13 baking dish. The add sausage as a layer. The top off with other half of hashbrown mixture. Top with cheese and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees
