2 pkgs (10 oz) frozen spinach
4 T butter
2 T flour
2 T chopped onion
1/2 c evaporated milk
1/2 c vegetable liquor
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp celery salt
3/4 tsp garlic salt
salt to taste
6 ozs Mexican Velveeta cut into small cubes
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
red pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook spinach and drain, reserving liquor. Melt butter. Add flour, stirring until blended and smooth. Add onion and cook until soft. Add liquid slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Add seasonings and cheese; stir until melted. Add cooked spinach and put into casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs . Bake at 350º until top is golden and spinach is bubbly.
