1 tube RB Rice Medium Sausage
1 onion
1 package wide egg noodles
2 sticks butter
1 can saurkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and save drippings. Scrape pan to get stuff on bottom.
Cook onion (chopped) with 1 stick butter until tender and transparent.
Drain sauerkraut and rinse. Add sauerkraut to above and sauté.
Cook noodles and drain and rinse add to above.
Add drained sausage to above. Gradually add salt, pepper, garlic salt and all drippings to mixture to taste.
Place in lasagna Pyrex pan and slice 1 stick butter to top. Cover with foil. Warm on low heat.
