9 inch baked pie shell
1 small pkg. sugar free cook and serve vanilla pudding
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sour cream
3 egg yolks
1 ½ c raisins
Meringue:
1 T. meringue powder
4 T. cold water
7 T. splenda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Mix pudding, Jello and nutmeg in 2 qt. saucepan. Stir in sour cream. Stir in egg yolks and raisins. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into pie shell.
Combine meringue powder and cold water. Beat on high until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar substitute. Spoon meringue onto hot pie filling; spread over filling, sealing meringue to edge of crust to prevent shrinking or weeping. Bake until delicate brown, about 15 minutes. Cool away from draft.
