1 loaf unsliced bread
1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese
1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup margarine
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread in cubes
Melt cheese and margarine in double boiler
Remove from heat
Fold in egg whites
Dip cubes in cheese mix
Refrigerate over night
or freeze
Bake at 400º for 10 - 15 minutes
