1 square unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter together. Blend in sugar, hot water, and vanilla. Frost when cake or cookies are still warm.
