1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pkg (8 oz.) Brown and Serve sausage links
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Separate crescent dough into two large rectangles. Place in ungreased deep dish baker (grease if baker is not seasoned). Press over bottom and half way up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Slice sausages and arrange over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.
