2 1/2 c. regular rolled oats
1/4 c. oat bran
1/4 c. steel-cut oats
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. applesauce
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. fresh fruit (apples, bananas, peachers, blueberries, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º F. Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish. In large bowl combine first 8 ingredients and mix with a wire whisk; set aside. In medium bowl, combine next 4 ingredients. Add to oat mixture until combined. Place into baking dish. Bake uncovered for 20 min. Remove from oven to stir mixture and gently fold in fruit. Bake uncovered for another 20 minutes more or until it is browned. Serve with yogurt, milk or cream.
