3 Jalapeno Peppers
1 Tomato
1 Can whole tomatoes
1 1/2 Tsp. wine vinegar
1 Onion chopped, fine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup chopped cilantro, fine
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Either chop all ingriedents finely or process in food processor and chill.

Serve with chips as an appetizer or with breakfast tacos. Or heat the salsa and and poach eggs in the salsa and serve over corn tortillas for Huevos Rancheros.
