2 whole (8 oz each) Packages Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 cups of sour cream
1/2 cups of Mayonnaise
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
3 whole serrano peppers, diced
Several dashes of Tobasco
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Panko (Japanese Bread Crumbs)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chilies and serrano peppers. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well.

Pour mixture into an oven safe serving dish and sprinkle with panko crumbs. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes, then put under the broiler for 1-3 minutes to lightly brown the top.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers or a crusty bread.
