1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup milk
1 egg beaten
1/3 cup melted butter or oil

cinnamon and sugar mixed together

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add milk, egg, butter.

Grease muffin pan, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture around the sides and bottom. Drop muffin mixture into pan and sprinkle tops with cinnamon/sugar.

Bake at 400º for 18-20 minutes. Serve warm.
