4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3-4 cups flour

Beat eggs in a bowl. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Slowly add the flour stirring with a spoon until you have a moist dough. Roll out on a floured board to about 1/8th of an inch thick. Cut into thin strips with a pizza cutter. Drop one by one into boiling broth and cook until tender.
