1 refrigerated pie crust room temperature
8 strips bacon
1 4-oz can diced green chiles, drained
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 ¼ cup half and half
4 eggs
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°. Unfold crust. Press crust into 9” deep dish pie pan. Press foil over to hold shape and bake 4 minutes; remove from oven; remove foil. Reduce oven temperature to 400°.

Cook bacon until brown and crisp. Drain and crumble. Sprinkle bacon, chiles and green onions over crust. Combine cheeses and sprinkle over. Beat half and half, eggs and salt and pour over mixture in crust. Bake until knife inserted into center comes out clean about 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
