1 ½ - 2 lb flank steak (can use tri tip)
½ cup cooking oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Place meat in marinade for 24 hours. I use a gallon Ziploc bag and turn it over a couple of times. Place meat on grill and cook until it suits you. Carve diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
