1 can cream chicken soup
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp minced onion
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
2 cups sour cream
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or velveeta)
2lb pkg frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
1 1/2 to 2 cups crushed cornflakes, mixed with 1/4 cup melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients together.
Add in frozen potatoes.
Place in 9" x10" or 9" x 13" casserole dish.
Top with melted butter/cornflake mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or a little longer depending on the size of pan (if smaller pan it may need a little longer)
