4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk
12 oz. pkg. Nestle chocolate chips
8 oz. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 4 ingredients until softball stage (rolling boil for 12 minutes) then stir in chocolate chips.
Add vanilla and marshmallows and mix well.

Pour into greased 11x17" pan.

This is a family favorite. I also receive requests from work to make it. It is a must for Christmas. I also made it for my niece's graduation.
