First have all ingreds. at room temperature.

Filling:
2 T. margarine, melted
2 T. orange rind, grated
3/4 c. coconut, toasted
1/4 c. sugar

Dough: 1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
6 T. margarine, melted not hot
2 3/4 to 3 c. AP flour

1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. toasted coconut
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar, eggs, sour cream, salt, and marg. Mix well. In another bowl, sift dry ingreds. Add flour mixture to wet mixture. Stir well. Let rise in a warm place until double in size (about 2 hours).
Knead on floured board about 15 times. Divide in half and roll out in 2 large circles. Mix filling. Brush each half with melted margarine. Sprinkle with filling mixture. Cut each circle into 12 wedges. Roll wedges, starting with large end. Place on 12 x 9 pan. Let rise again for 1 hour this time. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 mins. Cool the cakes. Make and boil glaze for 3 mins. Pour over cakes and top with coconut.
