Ingredients:
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 cup warm milk
1/3 cup honey
1/4 oil
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
5-1/2 to 6 cup whole wheat flour or stone ground whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add milk, honey, oil, salt and eggs. Mix in 2-1/2 cups flour and beat until smooth. Cover bowl and with clean towel or waxed paper and let dough rise in warm draft-free place until doubled, about 45 minutes. Mix in remaining flour, reserving about 1/2 cup for kneading. Knead until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in oiled bowl, turn dough over to oil top. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down. Shape into 2 loaves, and place in 2 greased 8x4-inch loaf pans and let rise until doubled.
Center pans in middle of oven without touching each other. Bake at 375º for about 40 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on rack. (After cooling, bread will keep for weeks in the refrigerator if wrapped airtight in plastic. To warm, wrap in aluminum foil and place in 250º oven for 10-15 min.)
Makes 2 loaves
