2 med. acorn squash (halved lengthwise), 1 C. apple (finely chopped), 1/2 c. celery (finely chopped), 1/2 c. toasted chopped walnuts, 2 T. honey, 1 T. orange peel, 1/3 t. cinnamon, 1/4 c. butter/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from acorn squash. Put in covered baking dish, cut side down. Preheat oven to 350º. Add apple, celery, walnuts, honey, orange peel, cinnamon in a bowl. Fill each acorn squash with ingredients, cut side up? Drizzle w/ melted butter. Cook for 30 minutes.
