Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 lb. butter 3 cups sugar 4 eggs, beaten 3 tsp. vanilla 7 cups flour (5 ½ regular, 1 ½ Softasilk) 2 tsp. baking powder Frosting 1 stick butter 1 box powdered sugar milk Vanilla (optional) Food coloring

Directions:	Directions: Beat together butter, eggs, vanilla, add sugar. Sift dry ingredients together, add to butter mixture, a little at a time. Divide into fourths, wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate about an hour. Roll out in ixture of Softasilk and sugar. Cut dough with cookie cutters and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 6 – 8 minutes or until very lightly browned (barely tan in color). Do not overbake. Frosting: Melt butter. Add powdered sugar and a few drops of milk. You can also add a small drop of vanilla if desired. Mix until smooth, add food coloring. Use sprinkles and other fun toppings to decorate.
