¼ cup butter
10 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
½ cup of white wine OR ½ cup chicken broth
½ cup toasted, sliced almonds
2 cans water chestnuts sliced
2 cans sliced mushrooms
2 cans cream chicken soup
Salt, pepper, paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in baking dish. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika. Top with dabs of butter. Bake at 350 for 1 ¼ hours until lightly browned. Mix together soup, mushrooms, water chestnuts and wine or broth. Pour over baked chicken. Sprinkle almonds on top and heat in oven at 300 for 45 minutes. You can easily cut this recipe in half, but it is great to take as a meal and you still have some for your family. Serve over Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice or Brown Rice.
