1 3/4 cups boiling water
1/2 cup milk
1 package Velveeta Cheesy Augratin Potatoes
2 cups chopped ham
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
5 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine boiling water, milk, potatoes, ham, onion, and green peppers in a large skillet. Bring to boil on medium high heat. Simmer uncovered, 12 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stirring occasionally.

Stir in cheese sauce until well blended. Add eggs. Mix well. Reduce heat to low. Cook covered 15 minutes or until set in center.
