1 -1# pkg frozen corn
1 - can corn drained
1 - can cream style corn
2 - eggs beaten with 1/2 cup milk
1 or 2 T sugar (use 1 T for this size)
1 - pkg crackers crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all corn together. Add egg and milk mixture. Mix in 1/2 of crackers. If "stiff" don't add more - if "juicy" add a little more at a time. I use a 3-4 quart baking pan (casserole dish) Top with dabs of butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

This recipe was given to me by Sandy Burns Landon several years ago at Christmas time. This is the best scalloped corn recipe I have ever used. ~enjoy~ !
