30 whole graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg - well beaten
1 1/2 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Frosting:
1/2 cup soft butter
6 Tablespoons light cream or evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of 9x13 baking pan with layer of graham crackers, using about 15. Combine butter, sugar, milk, and egg. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add coconut, nuts and crumbs. Spread mixture over the layer of crackers. Top with rest of whole graham crackers.

Frosting: Combine butter, milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Beat until fluffy. Frost bars and sprinkle nuts over top. Refrigerate 24 hours. Cut as desired. Can be frozen after cutting.
