1 c. AP flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. milk
2/3 c. applesauce
1/2 c. raisins

Directions:
Mix dry ingred. well with fork. Set aside. In another bowl, beat egg, then add oil & milk. Stir in applesauce. Stir this wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir only to mix. Add in raisins. Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake at 375º for 20 mins.
