2 10 oz. fr. pkgs. strawberries, thawed & chopped
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. AP flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the strawberries, eggs, and oil. In another bowl, mix together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Combine mixtures. Add nuts if you wish.
Makes 3 8" x 4" loaves or
2 9" x 5" loaves. Place dough in well greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. After they come out of oven, place a foil tent over so moisture goes into bread.

Mrs. Duncan, a neighbor in Huntsville, gave Gwen and Lin this yummy recipe. Nana really liked it when we had it for the holidays. She only ate a small amount because of the seeds.
