2 c. chopped, dried fruits
1/4 c. brandy
1 1/2 c. AP flour
1 1/2 c.WW flour
1T. Cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. honey
1 T. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. currents
2 c. raisins or more dried fruits
4 T. brandy (need more for each month)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop 2 c. of the dried fruits and place in pan on stove with the brandy. Cook until tender. Mix eggs, oil, honey, vanilla with mixer till well blended. Add all ingred. Stir in last four ingred. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaves. Bake at 325º for 1 hr. and 15 mins. While still warm, spoon 4 T. rum or brandy over loaves. When cool freeze and add liquor each month for 3 months until Christmas.
