2 Cans of Trappey's Black-Eyed Peas w/Jalapenos
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Onion (Sweet)
2 Large Avacados
Cilantro
Italian Salad Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Empty/Drain the Black-Eyed Peas in a strainer--Run water over the Black-Eyed Peas.
Dice the bell peppers (1/2 cup of each)
Dice the onion (3/4 cup)
Cut Avacados into 1/4 in. cubes
Cilantro to taste
Mix all the ingredients--add more depending on what your preferences are...
Add the salad dressing to taste--I never measure, but about 1 1/2 cups or more ??

Serve with chips !
