2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg of choc chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place egg white in metal bowl and add salt, tartar, and vanilla. Beat on med. speed with mixer to soft peaks. Gradually beat in 3/4 c. sugar till stiff peaks form. Fold in 6 oz. chocolate chips. Place by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet on papers such as parchment or unlined note book paper. Bake at 300º for 25 mins. (Check at 20 mins. depending on your oven).
