2- 10 oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli, cut
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 pkg.(3 cups) Pepperidge Farms Croutons.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen broccoli. Drain thoroughly. Put broccoli in 10X6X1 1/2 inch baking dish. Stir together condensed soup and shredded cheese. Add mayonnaise and beaten egg to soup mixture, stirring until well blended. Pour over broccoli in baking dish. Combine croutons and melted margarine;place evenly over soup mixture. Bake in oven 350º for 45 minutes until lightly browned.
