2 cup uncooked rice
1 stick butter
4 cups water
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of onion soup
8 to 10 sliced pork chops (browned)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops slightly on each side in skillet on med-high heat to seal in juices.

Combine all above ingredients in large baking dish with pork chops and cook at 350 for 1 hour. First 30 minutes, covered and last 30 minutes uncovered.

Tenderize your pork chops first for best results. Also, they should be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
