6 to 8 oz. refrigerated chunk style imitation crab meat.
10 oz. frozen cut asparagus
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Dash pepper
1/2 c milk
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Boil asparagus until tender; drain well and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in cornstarch, salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Add milk and cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Stir in crab and asparagus.
Spoon the crab mixture into a small casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over crab mixture. Bake at 400º about 20 minutes or until heated through.
