1 lb. lump crab meat
1 egg
2 slices bread crumbled
4 tbsp mayonaise
1/4 tsp old bay seasoning
1/4 tsp worchestshire sauce
1/2 green pepper finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
1 stalk celery finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion,pepper,and celery in butter until soft.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and add the sauted mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. Form into 8 cakes. Roll in bread crumbs and fry (do not deep fry) in oil. Lay on paper towel to absorb excess oil. The mixture can be refrigerated until easy to handle if necessary.
