lg onion, chopped
3/4 c. red pepper chopped
3/4 c. yellow pepper chopped
1/2 c. celery
1-2 serrano peppers chopped
1-2 T garlic olive oil

1 1/2 t. cumin
1/4 t. cloves
1 t. oregano
1 t. chipotle
2 t. cocoa (optional)
2 1/2 T. chili powder
1 T. Emeril Essence
1/2 t. sugar
tumeric
1 T. Ancho
1 T. smoked paprika

2 lbs. cooked chicken or turkey chopped
32 oz or more chicken broth

3 T. lime juice
1/4 c. cilantro
1 can white beans
1 can black beans

Extra cheese grated and cilantro to serve on top. Also limes, creme fraiche

Directions:
Directions:
Saute veggies in olive oil until soft.
Add seasonings for few minutes.
Add poultry, veggies, broth to slow cooker.
Add lime juice, beans, cilantro.
Cook 4 hours on low.

Serve with cheese, cilantro. tortilla chips.
