One large package lime Jello
One pkg. mini marshmallows (colored if you can find)
One can crushed pineapples
One cup cottage cheese (small curd)
One pint whipping cream
One-half to one cup chopped pecans (some on top_

Boil water and add half of what jello pkg. says to the jello in a bowl...Stir, and add marshmallows first to melt a little. Then add pineapples and cottage cheese.
Next whip cream, and add to mixture. Put 3/4 of nuts into mixture, and pour into mold. Rest of nuts on top. Put in refrigerator for at least one day.
