Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Ethel Leigh Beard Terry Sewell was my beloved "Grandmother Terry". She and my Grandaddy Terry (Benton Uel Terry) lived in San Antonio, Texas. My father is named for his father, Benton Uel Terry, Jr. There were four Terry children, B. U., Olivia, Billy and Bobby. I have such wonderful memories of all of them. I LOVED my Grandmother Terry's potato salad and I copied the recipe exactly how she had written it for me when I was a very young mother. Enjoy!!
