Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was given to me by Weldon Lloyd, who at the time was married to Sue Lloyd who is Sky and Rana's great aunt. They were living in Fluvanna, Texas. Fluvanna is located in Scurry County and this really didn't have a good name so I named it Scurry Salsa. Weldon was a fun guy and would make this when we were having a family get-together. He and Sue had three girls, D'lyn, M'lys and E'lyse. D'lyn was a flower girl in my wedding when I married Sky and Rana's dad Max.
