1 lb. Kielbasa (turkey kielbasa works) - cut 1/4 " thick
1 small can pineapple chunks - drained save the juice
1/2 c. Brown sugar
2 c. Brown or white rice - cooked
2 tsp. Corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
In a large non stick skillet or lightly sprayed skillet, brown kielbasa. Add pineapple, brown sugar splash of pineapple juice. Let simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add cornstarch to about 1/4c. of pineapple juice stir. Add to skillet to thicken.
Serve over cooked rice.
