Pork spare or baby back ribs.
Onion Salt
Garlic Salt
White Paper
Liquid Smoke
Barbecue Sauce (Open Pit is fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Skin inside membrane from Ribs (There is no easy way to do this. Just use your finger nails & pull). Season both sides of ribs with Onion Salt, Garlic Salt, & White Pepper. Place ribs in roasting Pan with 3 cups water and 1/4 cup Liquid Smoke.

Cover Pan with Foil and bake @ 350 degrees for 4 hours. Remove from oven and carefully drain all liquid from pan. Let cool in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

To reheat brush with BBQ Sauce(Open Pit is fine) and bake @ 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
