4 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
1 green onion
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 T. corn starch
1 egg
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup half and half or cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar salt and corn starch
Add egg and vinegar
Add bacon and grease. Cook. Add half and half or cream. Serve hot over spinach or leaf lettuce
